and administrative materials.
The Program’s
Legal Briefs Newsletter provides case summaries and
articles reinforcing general areas of practice as well
as instruction on complex legal issues. The newsletter
is available
who have an interest in Florida dependency law and can
be accessed through the website. You can also sign up
on the website to have the Legal Briefs Newsletter delivered
to your e-mail inbox.
The Program
has developed a collection of legal forms. The forms
include sample motions and assorted legal memoranda.
You will have access to legal
forms and resources. Click

Legal Forms are also available upon request.
You have the option to take part in monthly training
conference calls for CLE credit. Simply ask the case
coordinator to submit your name and e-mail address to
be part of the conference call information distribution
list. The Statewide Guardian ad Litem Program provides
these monthly trainings free of charge.
